How many feeding methods does the fully automatic horizontal flow wrapper have?
The horizontal flow wrapper boasts many merits including moderate overall size, compact structure, high packaging speed, stable operation and easy operation. Finished packages feature an attractive appearance with neat and clear transverse and longitudinal sealing patterns. It is suitable for inner and outer packaging of regular geometric products such as steamed bread slices, biscuits, instant noodles, ice cream bars, chocolates and soaps, widely adopted in food, chemical, daily necessities, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Pusher Block Automatic Feeding
It adopts chain direct conveying with pusher blocks mounted evenly on the chain at fixed intervals to push products forward automatically. The feeding speed can be regulated by adjusting the chain running speed.
This feeding mode is generally applicable to products with regular shapes or certain weight. It is commonly equipped on top-film flow wrappers and also used for lightweight regular products on bottom-film models.
Advantages: stable and accurate feeding performance, ideal for high-speed continuous production.

Belt-type Automatic Feeding
This system uses belt conveyor to transport products, usually equipped with photoelectric eye for product detection. Feeding is driven by servo motors combined with mechanical control. Even when products are placed with inconsistent spacing manually, the machine can complete packaging automatically. The servo control system can automatically eliminate empty bags and mispackaged products. This feeding structure is partially applied to bottom-film horizontal flow wrappers.
Advantages: Flexible, stable and accurate feeding, compatible with automatic feeding of products in various specifications.
Packaging Film Conveying Feeding
Products are placed directly on the packaging film and transported along with the film, also fitted with photoelectric eye sensing. Driven by servo motors, the machine can automatically sense irregular spacing of manually placed items. This feeding method is mostly adopted by bottom-film flow wrappers for food products with strict hygiene requirements.
Advantages: Sanitary and clean feeding, stable and precise operation, suitable for automatic feeding of various materials, especially sticky products.
Working Process of Toplink Horizontal Flow Wrapper
Packaging film is pulled by driving rollers into the former for bag shaping. Products are fed into the former via the feeding conveyor, followed by longitudinal sealing, cross sealing and cutting, and finally discharged by the output conveyor.
The machine is configured with variable frequency speed regulation, WDK microcomputer controller, PID digital intelligent temperature controller, photoelectric double-way tracking system, small screen display and circuit protection system. It realizes stepless speed change, automatic cutting point tracking, precise temperature control, high packaging accuracy, intuitive parameter display and comprehensive safety protection.
